Innovative data centre solution “GREEN” TIER III, with optimized power consumption and real-time PUE monitoring – GREEN-DCS was a project implemented under the Increase of Economic Competitiveness Sectoral Operational Programme , Priority Axis 2 “Research, technological development and innovation for competitiveness”,  Key Area of Intervention 2.3 “RDI support for enterprises”, indicative operation 2.3.3 “Promoting innovation in enterprises” subject to the rules applicable to projects funded by Structural Instruments.

The objective of the project was to provide management consultancy services for the efficient integration of research-development-innovation activities undertaken during the experimental development in the company management.

Implementation Period: 2 months (November 2014-January 2015)

• Analysis of flow-chart and roles within the organisation;
• Analysis of work processes and procedures;
• Information security audit.
